What You Will Do on a Day-to-Day Basis

  • Provide service moments and a customer experience unlike any other community
  • Sell the vision of the community through storytelling
  • Understand and demonstrate a strategic approach to sales with proven success in advancing sales relationships towards move-in
  • Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events
  • Maintain an accurate lead database with daily strategic use
  • Build brand awareness through strategic community partnerships and outreach efforts

What You Will Need to Be Considered for This Position

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a lead sales role, preferably in hospitality or senior care
  • Proven sales record
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong business acumen
  • Extensive experience with lead tracking software and reporting
  • Strong skills in Excel

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a lead sales role, preferably in hospitality or senior care, a proven sales record, excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, extensive experience with lead tracking software and reporting, and strong skills in Excel.
