Job Summary
VTS is seeking a Sales Director with strong organizational and motivational skills to lead sales efforts and build a successful business.
About the Role
This role is based in New York, NY and requires working from the office four days a week.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute on an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential
- Manage complex sales cycles often presenting to C-level executives
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals
- Evangelize VTS vision through product demonstrations, events, and account-specific initiatives
- Build and maintain a robust revenue pipeline
- Gain rapid career advancement in a supportive, collaborative environment
- Form relationships with senior decision-makers, asset managers, and brokers
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales leadership
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for real estate and technology
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven technology platforms
Skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends

Pay
The base salary for this role ranges between $160,000 and $175,000, with an OTE ranging between $235,000 and $270,000, depending on the base salary and performance.
Schedule
The Sales Director works from the office four days a week.
