Sales Director

About the role

We are seeking a driven and commercially sharp Sales Director to lead revenue growth and business expansion — bringing its suite of audience intelligence and influencer marketing solutions to brands and agencies that are ready to compete with better data.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a proven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-conviction environment, understands the martech and social intelligence landscape, and has the consultative instincts to turn complex platform capabilities into compelling, closed deals.

What You'll Do

• Build a book of business through a high level of sales activity and client engagement, calling on brands and agency partners
• Deliver timely sales forecasts and active pipeline management
• Exceed the annual sales plan and corresponding quarterly targets
• Identify relevant buyer needs/asks to pinpoint focus areas and product gaps for new client development as needed
• Represent Amplify and travel to/attend industry events as needed, in the interest of growing the prospect and client pool

What You Bring

• Minimum 5-7+ years successful track record in Sales or BD, working in advertising, ad/mar tech, digital media, agency, or related industries, with influencer marketing experience preferred, not required
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who works well in a high-growth environment
• Team player who is a strong communicator and collaborator
• "Connector" who knows how to leverage networking environments for business development
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the US as needed
• Familiarity with CRM and Google Suite products
