Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy
- Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabs, physicians, and senior service providers
- Conduct tours, follow-ups, and support families through admissions
- Attend community events, networking functions, and outreach activities
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and online listings
- Maintain CRM data and track lead activity
- Represent the community with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm
