Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight Sales Representatives.
- Drive sales performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring results, and achieving organizational objectives.
- Inspire a high performing, customer focused team through ongoing coaching, mentorship, and career development.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, effectiveness, and overall team productivity.
- Partner with cross functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Allocate and develop sales resources to maximize performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent while building a strong team culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans for team members.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to support customer success and business growth.
Qualifications
- Five plus years of experience in sales/leadership, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others in a sales environment.
- Experience with a consultative, solution based sales approach.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and inspire a high performing team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments to achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Positive attitude, strong business acumen, and a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Able to work a hybrid schedule, with two to three days per week in the Boca Raton office.
