Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience of managing successful sales team
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics

- Be confident dealing with customers in person, on the phone or via email
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing disciplines
Requirements
- Manage Team and hit monthly and annual growth goals
- Develops new accounts and lines of business to achieve sales targets
- Manages critical customer relationships with Book of Business clients
- Collaborates cross-departmentally, including Sales, Consumer Service, Market, and Product

- Directs problem solve activities to resolve customer related issues
