What You'll Be Responsible For
- grow distributor capability, engagement and performance
- increase salon acquisition and brand penetration
- develop and coach a team of six sales and education professionals
- strengthen relationships with distributor owners and leadership teams
- identify and execute growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets
- create alignment between sales, education and brand activation
- build a culture of accountability, ownership and action
- spend time in market supporting distributors, teams and salons
Who You Are
- understand how premium professional beauty brands grow
- lead teams, build relationships, influence outcomes and deliver commercial results
- comfortable moving between strategic conversations and field visits
- know that sustainable growth comes from developing people as much as delivering numbers
- have at least several years of senior sales leadership experience in professional beauty or an adjacent category
- have a clear track record of growing distributor partnerships and building teams that perform
- be a builder
- enjoy creating momentum, solving problems and turning opportunities into results
