Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and achieve strong revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of success.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and reporting to the executive leadership team.
- Personally handle high-stakes negotiations and close major deals with enterprise clients looking for digital product and staffing solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing and Delivery teams to align sales strategies with our service offerings and staffing capabilities.
- Refine sales processes, implement CRM best practices, and introduce tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 15+ years of professional sales experience in the tech, staffing, or professional services industry (Level determined by interview performance).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, IT staffing, or digital consulting landscape.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership: Experience managing sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for a remote-first culture.
- Bonus Points: Experience selling to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or Product Leaders; experience working in a fully remote or distributed team; an existing network of contacts in the technology or digital product space; experience scaling a sales team from the ground up.
