About the role

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead census development and community outreach efforts for two premier Assisted Living communities: Complete Care at Holmdel and Complete Care at Whispering Woods.

Responsibilities

• Lead census development and community outreach efforts
• Build referral relationships and drive occupancy growth
• Communicate effectively with seniors, families, and healthcare professionals
• Drive results in support of two growing Assisted Living communities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience within Assisted Living communities
• Strong healthcare industry knowledge and healthcare acumen
• Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive occupancy growth
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Results-driven with a passion for helping seniors and their families
