About the role

Broccoli is building the AI operating system for home service businesses. We help HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other home service companies grow revenue and improve operations through AI-powered voice, booking, and customer communication solutions. Our platform helps contractors answer more calls, book more jobs, and operate more efficiently using AI.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Drive revenue growth through strong pipeline management and sales execution
  • Improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics
  • Partner closely with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and ramp top-performing sales talent
  • Conduct call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and ongoing coaching
  • Help define compensation plans, territory strategy, and sales playbooks
  • Work directly with executive leadership on GTM strategy and scaling initiatives
  • Maintain high accountability and performance standards across the sales team

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Proven track record leading quota-carrying AE teams
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scaling SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Excellent coaching, forecasting, and pipeline management skills
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong operational discipline
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Experience selling into SMB or home service industries is a plus
  • Experience with AI, automation, or vertical SaaS is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

$250,000–$300,000 OTE
