Performance Evaluation
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.
Operations
Manage local managers at multiple locations to ensure operational efficiency for Inside sales, Warehouse and Pipe Fabrication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on industrial products such as valves, instrumentation, filtration, and specialty pipe.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Manage and exceed P & L goals from sales, profit margins, territory development and customer development.
