We recruit for our Sales Training Program year-round. Recruiters will contact qualified candidates once we begin interviewing for our 2026 training classes.What You’ll Do
As a Sales Training Elevator Professional, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our products, processes, and customer relationships, preparing you for a sales role and future leadership opportunities. Your responsibilities include:- Participating in orientation and safety training
- Understanding operations in new installations, modernizations, repairs, and services
- Completing online training modules and attending branch meetings
- Developing and delivering presentations
- Shadowing account managers and sales representatives
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to understand their needs - Achieve sales targets using company tools for service and repair growth - Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals - Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customer needs - Stay updated on company products and local elevator codes - Identify and pursue new customer opportunitiesWho we are looking for
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Open to relocation
