Training Class Start Dates

We recruit for our Sales Training Program year-round. Recruiters will contact you regarding your application once we begin interviewing for our 2026 training classes in the fall.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Training Elevator Professional, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our products, processes, and customer relationships to smoothly transition into a sales role and contribute to the branch's profitability. The STEP program equips you with the skills needed to advance into executive positions, effectively guide our business, interact with both internal and external customers, and build successful and profitable teams.
  • Gain comprehension of the company’s safety culture and policies through participation in orientation and safety training
  • Develop knowledge and experience of operations in our lines of business, including new installations, modernizations, repairs, and services of elevators
  • Complete online training modules, attend training events, and participate in branch meetings to enhance your understanding of the company and its offerings
  • Deliver weekly presentations and prepare for a final presentation
  • Shadow account managers and sales representatives to gain insights into business markets

After Successful Completion

Upon completing the training program, you will become an Account Manager responsible for managing a list of established customers within a specific geographic area. Your role includes providing excellent customer service, developing new customer relationships, and sharing industry expertise.

Responsibilities

- Build and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to increase their awareness of your needs - Achieve sales targets by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and reducing cancellations - Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals - Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to meet their short- and long-term building needs - Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and local elevator code requirements - Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new customer relationships

Who we are looking for

- A Bachelor’s degree is required - Previous sales experience is preferred - Open to relocation

Additional Information

- California hourly rate: $31.25 - Seattle salary: $65,000 - Denver salary: $60,000
