Training Class Start Dates

We recruit for our Sales Training Program year-round. Recruiters will contact you regarding your application once we begin interviewing for our 2026 training classes in the fall.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Training Elevator Professional, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our products, processes, and customer relationships, preparing you for a sales role and contributing to branch profitability. The STEP program aims to develop you as a professional and enable advancement into executive positions, guiding our business, interacting with customers, and building successful teams.
  • Gain comprehension of the company’s safety culture and policies through orientation and safety training
  • Learn about operations in our lines of business, including new installations, modernizations, repairs, and services
  • Complete online training modules, attend training events, and participate in branch meetings to enhance your understanding of the company and its offerings
  • Develop and deliver weekly presentations, culminating in a final presentation
  • Shadow account managers and sales representatives to gain insights into business markets

After Successful Completion

Upon completing the training program, you will become an Account Manager with a network of established customers in a specific geographic area, providing excellent customer service and developing new customer relationships while sharing industry expertise.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to understand their needs - Achieve sales targets using company tools for service and repair growth and reducing cancellations - Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals - Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to meet their building needs - Stay updated on company products and local elevator code requirements - Identify and pursue new customer opportunities

Who we are looking for

- A Bachelor’s degree is required - Previous sales experience is preferred - Open to relocation

Additional Information

- California hourly rate: $31.25 - Seattle salary: $65,000 - Denver salary: $60,000
