About the role
This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You’ll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive. VisioLab sells to pro sports teams, stadiums, and hospitality brands. If you can hold a conversation with an NFL VP of Operations and an arena F&B director in the same week, you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Possess natural curiosity and a competitive edge - you want to win and you want to learn.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through creative outreach methods such as cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and brands.
- Understand and execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
- Collaborate with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven mindset.
- Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three.
- Resilience - you don’t take rejection personally, you take it as data.
