About the role

This role is designed for someone early in their sales career who has the hunger, intelligence, and resilience to grow fast. You’ll start as an SDR - prospecting, qualifying, and opening doors - with a clear and fast track to closing deals as an Account Executive. VisioLab sells to pro sports teams, stadiums, and hospitality brands. If you can hold a conversation with an NFL VP of Operations and an arena F&B director in the same week, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

  • Possess natural curiosity and a competitive edge - you want to win and you want to learn.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through creative outreach methods such as cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain a CRM system to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and brands.
  • Understand and execute the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
  • Collaborate with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and a data-driven mindset.
  • Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three.
  • Resilience - you don’t take rejection personally, you take it as data.
