About the role
We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals with a passion for sales and digital marketing to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Responsibilities
- Outbound lead generation through written and verbal communication
- Building relationships with C-Suite executives
- Book meetings with potential clients
- Conveying compelling messages and transforming complex concepts into clear communications
- Collaborating with multiple personality types and communicating across all levels of the organization
- Thinking critically, multitasking, and performing in a fast-paced environment
- Delivering on keyword strategy, analytics, and data to achieve budgets and win over stakeholders
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of sales, account executive, or lead generation experience
- Familiarity with Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
- Expertise in Sales Navigator
- Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to book meetings

Pay
Coupled with uncapped sales commissions with zero clawbacks and no probationary period, you are in control of your earning potential.

This is an in-office role based in Boise, Idaho.
