Core Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and conduct social outreach to engage prospects
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and buying readiness
- Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for senior sales staff
- Research target industries, markets, and companies to support targeted outreach
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM with updated lead information
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Track your daily and weekly activity to meet outreach and conversion goals
