We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities? Actually headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if there is real content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real specific content. Let's parse posting. Content: - Intro about Flex (company description) maybe not needed as heading? Could be part of About the role? The "About The Role" heading appears. So we can put that content under

About the role

with paragraphs. - "Where you'll work:" details: hybrid SLC office, 3 days a week, Grubhub credit. Could be part of About the role or maybe separate? Not a defined heading. Could be included in About the role paragraph. - "Where you'll travel:" details: offsites in Mexico, Sales Kickoff in Florida, onboarding in NYC. Could be part of About the role. - "What You’ll Do" list: bullet points of duties. That is Responsibilities. So we create

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. - "You Could Be a Great Fit If" list: bullet points of qualifications/skills. Could be Requirements or Skills. We'll decide: maybe Requirements (or Qualifications). The bullet points: self-starter, communication skills, build relationships, move fast, thrive independent/collab. Those are more like qualifications/skills. Could be Requirements. - "How We Set You Up": details about training, mentorship, enablement, career path. Could be Benefits? Actually it's about onboarding and development. Could be a section like "What We Offer" but not in list. Could be part of Benefits? Not exactly. Could be a separate section like "Development" but not allowed headings. We could incorporate into Benefits or maybe "Why Flex" section? There's a "Why Flex" bullet list: strong onboarding, revenue enablement, mentorship, career path, team winning. That's basically benefits/culture. Could be Benefits. - "Compensation": includes OTE ranges. That's Pay section. Must include only if specific content. It gives ranges: OTE (NYC/Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle) $68,000—$85,000 USD; OTE (Salt Lake City, all other USA cities) $64,000—$72,250 USD. Also mentions commission earning role. So we can create

    Pay

with paragraphs. - "Life at Flex": diversity statement, HQ location, etc. Could be part of Benefits or maybe not needed. Might be boilerplate EEO? It's about culture, not EEO. Could be included in Benefits or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only have allowed headings; we could put under Benefits? But Benefits already defined for benefits like medical etc. Could add a paragraph about culture under Benefits or maybe under About the role? Might be okay to include as a paragraph under Benefits? But Benefits heading should contain benefits info. The Life at Flex paragraph is not a benefit per se but could be considered part of Benefits? Might be stretching. - "Offices": details about hybrid positions, relocation assistance. Could be part of Schedule? Not exactly. Could be part of About the role or maybe Schedule? Not schedule. Could be omitted as it's somewhat generic but includes relocation assistance which is a benefit. Could be included under Benefits. - "Benefits": list of benefits for US employees and non-US. That's definitely Benefits section. Thus we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications/Skills), Benefits, Pay. Possibly Schedule? Not present. No schedule specifics besides hybrid 3 days a week (that's work location). Could be considered Schedule? Might be considered Schedule (where you'll work). But the instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does mention hybrid schedule: "you'll be in with the team 3 days a week." That's schedule info. So we could create a Schedule section with that detail. Also mention Grubhub credit for lunch on days in office. That's a benefit though. Could be in Benefits. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The Compensation section includes OTE ranges, which is specific. So we include Pay. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning. The Life at Flex includes EEO statement? It says "We are growing quickly, but deliberately, with a focus on building an inclusive culture. Our dynamic team has incredible perspectives to share, just as we know you do, and we take great pride in being an equal opportunity workplace." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that. Also "Life at Flex We understand that it takes a diverse team..." maybe keep the diversity statement? It's somewhat generic but not EEO. Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But it's more about company culture. Could be included under Benefits? Not exactly. Safer to omit that paragraph as it's somewhat generic and could be considered boilerplate. However the instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove lines about equal opportunity workplace. The preceding sentence about diverse team maybe okay but could be considered part of culture. Safer to keep only substantive specifics: HQ location, employees locations, growing quickly, deliberate, focus on inclusive culture (that's still somewhat generic). Might be okay to keep as part of About the role? But we already have About the role section; we could incorporate company description there. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like: Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company creating best rent payment experience; mission; after stealth profile; looking for motivated individuals; etc. That's company overview; could be part of About the role. Let's extract sections: About the role: includes intro paragraphs about Flex mission, role description, where you'll work (hybrid SLC, 3 days/week, Grubhub credit), where you'll travel (offsites Mexico, Sales Kickoff Florida, onboarding NYC). Also maybe "About The Role" heading. Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You’ll Do". Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: bullet list under "You Could Be a Great Fit If". Could be split into Requirements and Skills but we can combine under Requirements. Benefits: list under "Benefits" heading (medical, dental, vision, company equity, 401(k) match, unlimited PTO + 13 company paid holidays, parental leave, free Flex subscription, for non-US: competitive compensation + company equity, unlimited PTO). Also maybe Grubhub credit (though that's a perk). Could add that. Pay: OTE ranges. Schedule: mention hybrid 3 days a week in office. Could also mention relocation assistance for candidates outside areas (under Benefits? maybe). But schedule section: we can include "Where you'll work: hybrid out of our Salt Lake City office (Lehi, UT), and you'll be in with the team 3 days a week." Also mention Grubhub credit maybe as benefit. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has real content. Now produce HTML fragment:

    About the role

Flex is a growth‑stage, NYC‑headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing.

As an SDR you will bring more Property Management Companies into the Flex family. This is a foundational role on a high‑performing sales team, designed to be the start of a real career, not just a first job. You’ll be on the front lines building the pipeline that fuels our growth — and you’ll be developed deliberately from day one through the Flex Sales Onboarding & Enablement, not just thrown into the deep end.

Where you'll work: This role is hybrid out of our Salt Lake City office (Lehi, UT), and you'll be in with the team 3 days a week. We're big believers that some of the best coaching, energy, and deals happen in person (and honestly, the team is pretty fun to be around). As a bonus, you'll get a Grubhub credit for lunch on the days you're in the office.

Where you'll travel: Beyond SLC, you'll get out of the office for company offsites in Mexico and our Sales Kickoff in Florida as well as onboarding in NYC, both built for big wins, big energy, and time to connect with the team outside the day‑to‑day grind.

    • Collaborate with our Accounts team to shape strategic adoption plans for new customers.
    • Take initiative, jumping into ad‑hoc projects across the sales org.

    Requirements

    • You're a self‑starter who's genuinely hungry for success.
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to make someone want to keep talking to you.
    • You build relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and authentically.
    • You move fast, stay flexible, and don't need everything mapped out to get started.
    • You thrive both working independently and collaborating with a team.

    • For full‑time non‑U.S. employees: competitive compensation + company equity, unlimited PTO
    • Grubhub credit for lunch on office days (hybrid role)

    Pay

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission‑earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) listed below:

    • OTE (NYC/Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle) $68,000—$85,000 USD
    • OTE (Salt Lake City, all other USA cities) $64,000—$72,250 USD

    Schedule

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Life at Flex" etc. We omitted
