Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to identify potential clients
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with Account Executives
  • Researching target accounts and customizing outreach messages
  • Using CRM systems to build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting on outreach performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining and exceeding sales targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or customer-facing roles, or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience selling marketing services or SaaS solutions is a plus
