Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to identify potential clients
- Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with Account Executives
- Researching target accounts and customizing outreach messages
- Using CRM systems to build and manage a sales pipeline
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns
- Tracking and reporting on outreach performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining and exceeding sales targets (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or customer-facing roles, or lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience selling marketing services or SaaS solutions is a plus
