Sales Development Representative - Blue Springs, MO

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Generate and qualify leads by engaging with potential customers and understanding their needs.
  • Schedule pre-qualified sales appointments for Outside Sales Managers.
  • Utilize company-provided tools and CRM software to manage leads and track outreach efforts.
  • Overcome objections effectively and build strong rapport with prospects.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns to nurture relationships and drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including call notes, lead status updates, and scheduled appointments.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including daily call targets, email outreach, appointment setting, and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Business Development Teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.

Requirements

  • Must live within 25 miles of Blue Springs, MO
  • Strong work ethic and proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or NetSuite preferred).
  • Experience with RingCentral or calling center platforms and ZoomInfo for prospecting is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a call center environment is a plus.
  • Must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
  • High-speed internet connection (employee-provided).
  • Availability to work in-office several times per month as scheduled (unless approved for out-of-state work).
  • Desk and computer work required.
  • Lifting required up to 50 lbs.
