About the role
MOGEL, on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization, is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join its growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, competitive, and driven professional looking to launch or accelerate a career in technology sales. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by connecting with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers. You'll learn how to prospect, conduct meaningful conversations, identify business needs, and create qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. No prior SaaS or sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals with the drive to succeed, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective customers and key decision-makers
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Engage business owners, executives, and C-level decision-makers to introduce solutions and uncover potential business needs
- Research prospects and personalize outreach to create meaningful conversations
- Qualify prospective customers and identify opportunities that align with business needs
- Schedule qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information throughout the sales process
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly activity and monthly performance goals
- Learn and apply proven sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, and communication strategies
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
- Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader sales organization to generate new business
- Take ownership of your professional development and continuously look for ways to improve performance
Requirements

- Previous sales, customer service, business development, or cold-calling experience is a plus, but not required

Pay
- $60,000–$80,000 expected Year 1 earnings
- $100,000+ potential for top-performing SDRs
- Uncapped commission opportunity
Career Growth
This role is designed to be the beginning of a long-term sales career. High-performing SDRs can have the opportunity to advance into an Account Executive role within approximately 6–9 months, based on performance and business needs.
You'll receive structured training and ongoing coaching covering sales skills, prospecting, industry knowledge, product knowledge, and professional development.
