Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach
- Targeted Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic research to identify and target high-potential campuses
- Multi-Channel Communication: Execute personalized, high-volume outreach campaigns using phone calls, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executive team
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly and concisely communicate the measurable impact of UWorld's solutions on student achievement
- Lead Qualification and Nurturing
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough qualifying calls to understand a prospect's current challenges, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
- Content Strategy: Partner with Marketing to utilize case studies, white papers, and webinars, nurturing leads until they are sales-qualified opportunities
- CRM Management and Reporting
- Data Integrity: Meticulously track all sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead status updates in the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline forecasting
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, emails, qualified leads (SQLs), and set meetings
Required
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a high-volume outbound calling environment, preferably in the B2B SaaS or Education Technology (EdTech) sector
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
