About the role
We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive qualified pipeline for our upmarket sales team. This is not a traditional SDR role — you’ll be working within an AI-powered outbound system that already generates warm, high-intent conversations from companies within our ICP.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Ownership: Own the conversion of warm, AI-generated inbound and outbound responses into qualified meetings. Ensure every lead is engaged and moved forward with urgency. Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality pipeline for Account Executives.
- High-Impact Sales Outreach: Execute structured daily call blocks targeting high-signal accounts, including engaged prospects, reactivated leads, existing customers, and closed-lost opportunities. Use phone outreach as a primary channel to accelerate conversations and qualification.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Quickly assess prospect fit, identify buying intent, and secure meetings. Respond to inbound and outbound replies with speed and relevance. Maintain high conversion rates from conversation to booked meeting.
- Social Selling & Community Engagement: Actively participate in platforms where target buyers engage (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit). Build credibility, contribute to conversations, and surface new opportunities outside traditional outbound sequences.
- AI-Enabled Workflow Execution: Leverage AI-driven outbound systems that handle list building, segmentation, and initial outreach. Focus on high-value human interactions — qualifying, converting, and advancing opportunities rather than manual prospecting tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets
- Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume calling
- Excellent written communication skills (email and social selling)
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment
Preferred
- Experience selling into HR, IT, or Operations functions
- Background in SaaS or workforce analytics technology
- Experience with AI-assisted outbound or signal-based prospecting
- Exposure to upmarket or mid-market sales motions
