About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Aerospace & Defense drives demand generation, qualification, pipeline growth and deal momentum for Stratasys solutions within the AMER Aerospace, Defense, Government and Uncrewed Systems (UxS) sectors. Working closely with Vertical Marketing, Account Managers, Channel Partners and Vertical leaders, the SDR identifies and engages target accounts, qualifies opportunities, and supports strategic account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outreach into Aerospace, Defense and UxS accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Engage engineering, manufacturing, innovation, supply chain and programme stakeholders to identify opportunities aligned with Stratasys solutions.
  • Defense & Aerospace Lead Qualification
  • Respond to inbound inquiries generated from industry events, webinars, defense campaigns, roadshows and digital programs.
  • Assess customer requirements, manufacturing challenges and project timelines to determine opportunity potential.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of enterprise/B2B inside sales or direct sales experience in the technology/high-tech/ hardware industry.
  • 2 years working directly with customers in a consultative approach.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration, marketing, statistics or related field; university matriculated a plus.
  • 2 years experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft/Outreach and Analytic tools an advantage.

Skills

  • Comfortable conducting outreach via phone, email, and digital/social channels.

Pay

The typical salary, including incentive is from $60,000 -$79,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
