About the role
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads through phone calls, email, and social media
- Conduct research on target accounts to understand their needs and pain points
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
- Present product information and answer questions to build trust and interest
- Follow up with leads to schedule meetings with sales team members
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet monthly targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales development or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social selling tools

Pay

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
