About the role

Sifted Logistics Intelligence is a leading provider of a cutting-edge SaaS platform and predictive analytics tools designed to revolutionize parcel shippers' operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving Sifted's growth by building pipeline, connecting with potential customers, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and building pipeline through calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn (100–300 target accounts).
  • Leading conversations that uncover prospect pain points and highlight Sifted’s value.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Managing leads and activities in Salesforce, Outreach, and Vidyard.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quotas for qualified meetings.

  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales development roles.

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Vidyard.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and prioritize leads.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and the logistics industry.

Pay

$58,000 starting salary + commission with performance-based opportunity to advance within 90 days.

Based in or willing to work from our Overland Park, KS office.
