About The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) acts as the engine of the sales pipeline, identifying and creating new business opportunities within target accounts. Operating in a high-volume outbound model, this role focuses on engaging key decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise segments to introduce modern SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 60+ daily outbound touchpoints across cold calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach using Outreach.io and Salesforce
- Research prospective target accounts to map organizational structures, identify key technical personas, and uncover relevant pain points
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects against strict BANT or MEDDPICC criteria prior to meeting handoff
- Partner closely with regional Account Executives to coordinate targeted account-based marketing (ABM) plays
- Maintain high-fidelity records of all interactions, sequence states, and lead statuses in the corporate CRM
- Participate in weekly call coaching sessions and sales training to sharpen objection handling and value-proposition delivery
What We Are Looking For
- 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, customer-facing roles, recruiting, or lead generation
- Proven track record of operating in a goal-oriented, metric-driven environment with a high bias for action
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply
- Strong resilience and adaptability, with a demonstrated ability to handle objection and rejection professionally
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Prior experience using Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or similar sales technology platforms
