About the role
We are seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is part of our Mid-Market Sales division and offers the opportunity to drive revenue for the business by filling the top of the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Lead introductory sales calls and assist Account Executives in scheduling meetings and presentations for mid-market and small to medium-sized business (SMB) prospects.
- Leverage various outreach methods such as cold calling, email, and social media to engage and build out the top of the sales funnel.
- Proactively target and qualify potential clients, managing the inbound lead process.
- Work your way through the hierarchy of e-commerce businesses, pitching mid-level and senior executives.
- Serve as an expert on Quartile, educating prospects on the value of our technology and developing them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Maintain and track all prospective account updates and progress through Salesforce.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience on an inside sales or business development team.
- Experience prospecting, networking, and/or new business development.
- Ability to work in the Philadelphia office 3 times a week.
What You'll Do

Pay
The base pay for this position is targeted at $50,000 per year with commission based on performance.
