About the role
This role is one of our first Sales Development Representatives, tasked with building and scaling the top of the sales funnel across both enterprise and growth markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting across both enterprise and growth accounts.
- Secure meetings by utilizing a mix of channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and creative outreach strategies.
- Run experiments by treating sales as an iterative process: test ideas, analyze results, and double down on what proves effective.
- Conduct account research by identifying and building highly targeted prospect lists, leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, and AI-powered workflows.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns by combining traditional outbound methods with innovative approaches.
- Partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) and founders to support account planning, discovery preparation, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of full-time sales experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong AI proficiency—regularly use AI tools in your daily workflow and enthusiastic about enhancing productivity through AI.
- Excellent communication skills—strong writing ability and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A curious mindset—enjoys learning about new technologies and understanding customer challenges.
- A competitive, self-driven attitude—motivated by ambitious goals and eager to increase your impact.
- Technical adaptability—quickly becomes comfortable learning new software and systems.
