About the role

This role is one of our first Sales Development Representatives, tasked with building and scaling the top of the sales funnel across both enterprise and growth markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting across both enterprise and growth accounts.
  • Secure meetings by utilizing a mix of channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Run experiments by testing ideas, analyzing results, and doubling down on what proves effective.
  • Conduct account research by identifying and building highly targeted prospect lists, leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns by combining traditional outbound methods with innovative approaches.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and founders to support account planning, discovery preparation, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of full-time sales experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong AI proficiency—regularly using AI tools in your daily workflow and enthusiastic about enhancing productivity through AI.
  • Excellent communication skills—strong writing ability and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset—enjoying learning about new technologies and understanding customer challenges.
  • A competitive, self-driven attitude—motivated by ambitious goals and eager to increase your impact.
  • Technical adaptability—quickly becoming comfortable learning new software and systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools and technologies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to experiment and learn.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
