What You’ll Do
- Prospecting & Outreach: Research and identify potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors. Engage prospects through email, phone, and social media to spark interest in NikoHealth’s solutions.
- Qualifying Leads: Conduct initial conversations to understand potential customers’ challenges and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Pipeline Building: Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a seamless handoff.
- CRM Management: Accurately document and track all prospect interactions in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support campaigns, provide feedback, and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate NikoHealth’s value proposition.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3+ years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and an ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bonus Points: Experience prospecting in the SaaS or healthcare industry, familiarity with DME/HME operations or healthcare technology.
