Responsibilities
- Utilize internal CRM to manage your territory and cadence.
- Make 100+ outbound phone calls each day.
- Touch via email and social networks.
- Discover new leads through internet research and social media.
- Support Kipu’s marketing efforts by assisting in online and other marketing campaigns.
- Manage and document activities, leads, opportunities, and accounts in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.).
- Respond to inbound customer interest and develop leads to create opportunities.
- Be prepared for and contribute to strategic weekly account meetings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working against KPIs/goals in a SaaS sales environment.
- 1+ years of proven experience selling Electronic Medical Record (EMR), or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) SaaS products.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed defined goals.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform, tracking and managing leads.
- Passionate about building relationships and cultivating partnerships.
- Persuasive and confident communication experience.
- Sales experience against quota/sales objectives.
- Prospecting experience.
- Social media and networking experience.
- Positive and collaborative attitude.
