Job Summary
Junction is a company building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across labs and devices. We are looking for a driven, early-career Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing sales team.
About the Role
We are a high-impact environment where you will help define what great outbound and inbound looks like as we scale. You will be part of a team of three SDRs, working across digital health companies, traditional healthcare organizations, and new segments like EMRs and enterprise buyers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers via email, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Qualify potential customers and provide useful context before setting up calls
- Drive outbound efforts to ensure a steady flow of leads
- Run market research to understand industry news and potential new customers
- Incorporate AI tools and automation into your workflow to get more done with less friction
- Manage our customer relationship tool to keep all information in one place
- Share outbound and pipeline progress with the leadership team regularly
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales development experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology industries
- A natural networker with a process to generate leads in whatever environment you've been working in
- Proactive and persistent with ambitious goals
