Responsibilities
- Contact inbound leads quickly and professionally to maximize speed-to-lead and engagement.
- Work an assigned book of roughly 50 leads per day, calling each up to three times (~150 dials/day), with leads rotated so follow-up stays consistent.
- Run qualification conversations to confirm prospects meet Infinite Capital’s criteria — income level, liquidity, and wealth-building activity.
- Identify each prospect’s primary financial motivation and surface it before handoff.
- Book qualified prospects into strategy calls with Infinite Banking Practitioners using the company calendar system.
- Execute the company’s multi-touch follow-up and nurture sequence to lift appointment show rates.
- Follow provided call scripts and frameworks; reset no-shows rather than letting them drop.
- Keep accurate, organized records of every interaction in the CRM (Go High Level) and dialer.
- Hand off qualified prospects cleanly to the assigned Sales Manager and pod — the SDR role is all handoffs.
- Hit daily activity targets: 150 calls and at least 3 set appointments per day.
- Participate in daily 8:30–10:00 AM pre-game/sales meetings and 5:00–5:30 PM post-game huddles.
- Continuously improve through coaching, recorded call reviews, and skill development.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional phone presence — speaks smoothly and naturally.
- Personal discipline and consistency to sustain 150 dials a day without losing energy.
- Emotional resilience — handles rejection professionally and keeps dialing.
- Coachability and genuine openness to feedback from leadership.
- Based in the Miami area and able to work on-site Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:30.
- Willing and able to obtain a Florida 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License within the onboarding period (candidate covers the cost; ~1 week to complete).
Qualifications
- Non-Negotiables: Strong verbal communication and a confident, professional phone presence; personal discipline and consistency; emotional resilience; coachability and openness to feedback; ability to work in the Miami area; ability to obtain a Florida 2-15 Life & Health Insurance License.
- Nice to Have: Prior sales or business development experience; customer-service background; experience with CRMs, dialers, or inside-sales environments; existing Florida 2-15 license; bachelor’s degree (preferred).

- OTE: $4,000/month draw against commission ($48,000 annualized) plus uncapped commission on production.
