Sales Development Representative
The Role
This is not a traditional SDR role. We're hiring top-performing SDRs who feel capped — people who want more ownership, faster progression, and real exposure to deals. You'll work directly with the Founder/CEO to source, qualify, and shape opportunities from first touch through close. High ownership, high intensity, real hunting.

Outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Volume + quality.
Run sharp discovery
Real conversations with SMB healthcare operators — not survey calls.
Qualify and progress
Move high-quality opportunities forward with conviction.
Build across channels
Warm outbound from our newsletter, community, and events — plus targeted, personalized cold outreach.
Iterate the playbook
Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
Work with the CEO
Sit on real deals end-to-end. Coaching, post-mortems, the works.
Run pipeline in HubSpot
Disciplined CRM hygiene.
Modern stack: HubSpot, Unify GTM, Instantly.
Leverage AI
Use AI tools to multiply output and quality. Not a buzzword — a daily habit.

Who You Are
- A top performer waiting in line
- You've proven you can outbound
- You want more reps, more exposure, and a faster ladder
- Top-performing SDR with 6–18 months of experience
- Consistently hit quota — and feel underutilized or capped
- Strong communicator, especially on the phone
- High urgency, high ownership
- Comfortable selling to SMB owners and operators
- Competitive, coachable, and output-driven

NYC (or willing to be in-office)

Compensation & Benefits
- $80k base
- $140k OTE
- Plus 1% on every sourced closed deal
- No cap on the upside
- Clear path to closing 6–9 months to full-cycle deals for top performers
