Job Responsibilities

  • Develop an advanced understanding of our products and the companies/prospects who would use them
  • Work to meet and exceed monthly goals surrounding outbound emails, calls, meeting arrangement
  • Develop ideal customer profiles for outbound prospecting and build a robust pipeline of prospects in defined US markets across the entire product suite
  • Execute prospect engagement campaigns with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to drive referred pipeline and revenue generation
  • Achieve key activity (e.g., calls, emails, meetings set) and other performance metrics

Candidate Profile

  • You’ve done some selling in the past or have the ability and desire to become great at software sales
  • You strive for excellence, you find ways to overachieve, keep improving and challenge yourself
  • You love connecting with people online, on the phone, and face-to-face
  • Basic understanding of the financial services sector
  • Gritty, coachable, self-motivated, and socially aware
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Pay, Benefits & Work Authorization

  • In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements)
  • Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications
  • This information is applicable for all full-time positions
  • Green Street will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
