Sales Development Representative

About the role

We’re growing fast. We’ve got over 1,500 clients on our books and we’re planning to turn over £2 million in the next 12 months. This year, we’re planning to take our company global with a whole range of new products and services. We need a Sales Development Representative to assist the wider sales team in managing inbound interest and ensuring our clients receive excellent service.

The successful candidate will be the first point-of-contact for new GoodBox customers, having their best interests at heart, and will be instrumental in creating the processes required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point-of-contact for new GoodBox customers
• Manage inbound interest and ensure excellent client service
• Create and implement processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• At least two years experience in a Business Development role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with phone, email, and web chat
• Experience in process definition and implementation
• Forward-thinking approach to work
• Driven by targets and KPIs with a focus on first-class customer experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and CRM software
• Strong work ethic and a desire to see projects through to completion
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

It would be preferable if you have done some charity or volunteering work, but it is not necessary.
