What You’ll Do
- Make 80+ cold calls per day to senior estimators and executives
- Use Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more to run high-volume outbound
- Book 20+ demos per month using a proven, optimized playbook
- Earn commission based on the work you put in and the results you drive
- Work directly with the CEO to refine outbound strategy, messaging, and ICP
- Represent a product already used by leading estimating teams
Who You Are
- A recent grad or early-career professional ready to hustle
- Comfortable hearing “no” 100 times to get a “yes”
- Eager to learn, coachable, and energized by real responsibility
- Curious about construction and AI—but don’t need experience in either
