About the role
We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a vital role in generating client appointments and sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Generate client appointments and sales leads by making over 100 calls daily to set qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Manage, organize, and update contact databases to ensure accurate records.
- Build and maintain new client and broker relationships to foster business growth.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance in line with company standards.
- Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Actively participate in achieving departmental and company goals.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to support collective success.
- Adapt to changing deadlines and shifting priorities with ease.
- Review work for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to compose professional business communications.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Salesforce for efficient task management and record-keeping.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment.
- Adaptable and proactive in handling shifting priorities.

Pay
Competitive compensation including base salary plus incentives and yearly discretionary bonuses.
Schedule
A hybrid work environment with the office from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.
