About the role

EIDLexit is a fast-growing company that helps small business owners resolve their SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) debt. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is the entry point to becoming an EIDL Resolution Consultant (ERC).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally.
  • Qualify prospects through structured discovery: confirm business and loan details, individual client goals, and assess fit for our services.
  • Schedule and confirm consultations, set expectations, and ensure clients are prepared for their meetings.
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accurate data, detailed notes, and clean records.
  • Follow up with no shows, re-engage unresponsive leads, and maximize show rates.
  • Prioritize and respond to inbound leads.
  • Work your pipeline by qualifying new leads, scheduling consultations, and pre-handling objections.
  • Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with accurate data, detailed notes, and clean records.
  • Retarget untapped leads, follow up on no-shows, push for re-books, and update HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus) and collaborating via Microsoft Teams.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, warm phone presence.
  • Coachable, competitive, and hungry. You take feedback, apply it, and come back better.
  • Comfortable working with people in stressful financial situations. Empathy isn’t optional.
  • Full-Time Employee | 100% Remote
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Central Time
  • Must have a reliable computer with webcam (you will be on video via Microsoft Teams), stable internet, and a quiet, professional workspace.

Qualifications

Pay

Base salary plus commission. On-target earnings: $57,420 – $64,980 per year depending on performance. ERC-level compensation is a significant step up—high-performing ERCs earn well above the SDR range.
