Your mission
- Identify and research target accounts in key industries such as retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and automotive - Execute structured outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone - Engage with decision-makers and qualify opportunities based on defined criteria - Generate high-quality sales meetings (SQLs) for Account Executives - Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM - Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize messaging and campaignsYour place in our team
Join eddyson as part of our US market expansion and play a key role in building our sales pipeline from the ground up. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their challenges in supply chain and EDI processes, and qualifying them for our sales team.Your key to success
- 1–2 years experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of motivation, resilience, and consistency
- Ability to quickly understand complex topics such as EDI, ERP, and supply chain processes
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
