About the role
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in Delightree's success. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, meeting or exceeding quota, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and connect with potential customers through various outbound sales channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads for the sales team
- Leverage your network and prospecting skills to develop new sales opportunities
- Log all activities, notes, and tasks in HubSpot (and similar sales tools) in order to provide complete transparency around day-to-day sales activities
- Maintain a high level of productivity and meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the Growth Team (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) on ways to improve our customer journey and positioning
- Commit to continuous improvement and education
- Dedicate to professional growth and elite selling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in sales, meeting or exceeded quota
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot and/or Salesforce and other sales software

Pay
$55k Base Salary. $85k OTE
Schedule
3-5 days per week onsite in the Denver Office with occasional travel required to attend industry conferences.
