Responsibilities
- Revenue & Target Ownership: Own and execute strategic sales plans to consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive product portfolio growth and velocity to guarantee predictable revenue generation and goal attainment.
- Portfolio Expansion & Retention: Proactively manage and grow 400+ existing professional accounts using a virtual sales model (Calls, SMS, Email, and Video) to hit core KPIs and commercial business objectives.
- Consultative & Value-Based Selling: Answer complex product questions from clinicians, providing compelling, data-driven recommendations that actively increase average order value (AOV) and brand loyalty.
- Proactive Sales Outreach: Conduct high-volume, targeted outbound "success calls" to introduce new product launches, pitch revised protocols, and upsell continuing education courses.
- Commercial Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, revenue-generating relationships with customers, acting as a trusted business advisor to help them scale their practices using our products.
- Educational Advocacy: Leverage advanced training and skin care expertise as a sales tool, inspiring licensed professionals to participate in education that drives product utilization.
- CRM Integrity: Meticulously document all customer interactions within C4C/Service Cloud to maintain a seamless, data-driven "360-degree" view of the account portfolio.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales (experience in the aesthetics, medical, or beauty industry is a major plus)
- Proficiency with Google Suite, CRM software (SAP C4C/Service Cloud or Salesforce), and virtual meeting tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Licensed Esthetician credential
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to better support our diverse professional customer base
