About the role
This isn't a standard SDR role. The Strategic SDR team operates at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go To Market strategy. This team plays a critical role in testing new growth initiatives, shaping lead generation strategies, and providing real-time market insights that directly influence how Connecteam scales.
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms and processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
- Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality - takes initiative and drives results independently.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively.
- Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline.
- Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
- Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, and share best practices across Sales and Marketing.
