About This Role
Research prospects and run outbound to book qualified meetings for our Account Executives, building the top of the funnel.
What you'll do
- Research prospects to tailor your outreach
- Run outbound across phone, email, and social
- Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate on territory strategy
- Keep HubSpot accurate
- Feed back on outreach effectiveness and market trends
Who you are
- 0–2 years of sales or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Coachable and adaptable
- Strong organization and time management
- Naturally curious, with value-driven prospecting
- Competitive but team-oriented

Pay
$45,000 – $55,000 base, $80,000 – $90,000 OTE. $35,000 variable target. Uncapped commission with accelerators.
Schedule
Hybrid, based in our West Loop / Fulton Market office in Chicago, roughly three days a week.
