What You’ll Do
- Identify high-potential businesses and conduct outbound prospecting in your territory.
- Qualify prospects by uncovering needs, challenges, and opportunities where Amperon can deliver value.
- Engage prospects with clear, compelling communication and build relationships that generate new business.
- Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to position Amperon effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in HubSpot.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of experience, ideally in the energy or power markets, with a track record of top performance.
- Coachable and eager to learn, with the ability to take feedback and improve quickly.
- Competitive drive and resilience, balanced with strong collaboration skills.
- A clear communicator who is highly motivated, efficient, and passionate about Amperon’s mission.
