Your tasks
- Makes outbound calls to prospects and existing customers within assigned territories
- Executes high-volume outbound call campaigns into target accounts
- Identifies contacts, projects, and buying signals to discover qualified sales opportunities
- Qualifies and develops inbound leads and marketing responses — assesses fit, timeline, and budget before handing off to the Account Manager
- Supports targeted call campaigns tied to new product launches, promotions, trade show follow-up, and service or warranty renewals
- Re-engages dormant accounts and cold contacts — finds the new person, project, budget
- Aligns with R&S Account Managers (AMs) on target accounts and priorities. Supports related pre-call planning and account research. Executes structured prospecting campaigns against high-priority target accounts
- Actively uses CRM to enter contact and call notes, prospecting status, and next steps for the AM
