About the role
A Sales Development Associate (SDA) is responsible for learning the fundamentals of sales and generating qualified leads for our sales teams. This role serves as a stepping stone to becoming a Business Development Representative, where you'll receive ongoing sales education, learn prospecting techniques, and gain insights into our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Learn about Park Place Technologies, its portfolio of offerings, and how to communicate our value proposition to prospective customers.
- Leverage prospecting techniques like cold calling, email outreach, calendar invites, and social media to generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales teams.
- Receive training on using our sales engagement tools, CRM systems, internal resources, and other tools for identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Build targeted prospecting lists, craft outbound messaging, identify influencers and key decision-makers, and explore opportunities to earn new and additional business.
- Participate in daily training sessions covering technology, sales skills, and mock prospecting engagements to deepen your understanding of our business and sales processes.
- Develop strong organizational skills and manage your daily tasks to meet defined performance metrics.
- Other duties and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- 0-6 months of related professional development experience, including internships, professional groups in school, sales/business development, marketing, lead generation, and prospecting (preferred).
- Interest in and availability to relocate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and prospecting methods.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and other sales tools.
