Deliver your vision through timeless design at Scan Design. As a Design Consultant, you'll act as a brand ambassador and creative visionary, connecting our global collection with clients' dreams.

• Available for weekend excellence including Saturdays and Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in-store and in-home to identify lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements
• Develop comprehensive floor plans and layouts showcasing how Scan Design pieces transform spaces
• Select accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs to create cohesive, elevated interiors
• Oversee the client journey from initial introduction to procurement and final installation
• Assist in visual merchandising to maintain the showroom as a premier design inspiration destination

Professional Qualifications

• A proven track record in high-end, relationship-based sales (luxury retail, interior design, or real estate)
• Self-motivated professional with a focus on building long-term client rapport
• Demonstrated ability to visualize, conceptualize, and communicate sophisticated interior layouts and multi-functional space solutions
• Prior experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail is preferred
• Professional familiarity with design tools such as Floor Planner, AutoCAD, etc., to produce accurate and compelling visual proposals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the poise and professionalism required to represent Scan Design
