Sales Design Consultant
About the role
Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who enjoy helping others organize their homes. You can work from home and enjoy flexible schedules while providing pre-set appointments with clients close to your home.
Responsibilities
- Receive complete sales and design training
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home
- Close to home appointments with nice people
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on our products and services
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
Qualifications
We are looking for coachable candidates with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed. No prior experience is necessary.
